Kum By Yah--Devotions Special

I have loved working with this group of students in music class so far this year.  They are super enthusiastic, and they love to sing.  We have been practicing a special for family assembly.  Everyone did a great job!! Check out the video to see everyone sing their special part.

"chicks" July 4 - 5 weeks old

I had a chance to visit the chicks we hatched.  Roseanna Stahl agreed to take them and as you can see they are growing well! They are looking quite chubby and have really strong, thick legs. Next week they will be full grown 'adult' chickens.  As far as I know, the breed of chicken is "Cornish Cross".  The pictures are a bit rough as I had to have my sister take them on her phone.  One of the last chicks to be born was a bit of a runt, and is still smaller than the rest.  You can see it at the far end of the feeder on the 4th picture.
